Smart  Shade ,truly automatic welding

This welding helmet fit with auto darkening filter with industrial leading technology- Smart shade function which can identify the different welding environment and adjust to the suitable working shade automatically instead of any manual adjustment, which brings the advantage of:

*Reduce rely on welding experience, as it adjusts the shading to match the brightness of the welding arc, eliminating the need for manual adjustments, ensuring fully automatic welding. 

* Better protection and more comfortable to the eyes ,the simultaneous change of the band pass with the welding arc provides maximum eye comfort and protection, minimizing the perception of welding arc changes and improving overall safety.

Abundant delay control modes ,more safe and better protection

In contrast to conventional delay control mechanisms, this welding helmet offers an Smart-darkening filter with two unique delay modes: step delay and tack mode. Step delay splits the transition from dark to light after welding into two steps, while tack mode is specifically designed to minimize filter switching during spot welding. These modes can be utilized in various welding environments to effectively diminish intense brightness changes during welding, thereby improving eye protection and comfort.

Good Shade Lock, Better Convenient 

In some welding environments, the ADF may not work due to the limitation of the sensor detection range or angle, making it impossible to detect the welding arc. This presents a challenge because ordinary ADF solutions do not work in this case and often require the additional use of mineral glass. The shade lock function was developed to solve this problem by offering the ability of lock the ADF in a suitable shade to be used as a mineral glasses without any replacement and also can switched back to ADF when work completed .
